We started JustWineGuide.com for one simple reason: we believe great drinks shouldn’t be complicated, and even better, they shouldn’t cost a fortune to enjoy at home.
Oscar here. I’m the cocktail nerd. Give me a shaker, a bottle of bourbon, and three ingredients, and I’ll make you something worth remembering. I geek out on glassware, home bar design, and perfecting copycat recipes from your favorite restaurants and cocktail bars.
And I’m Elda. I’m the wine-and-mocktail half of this duo. I love finding approachable wines that don’t require a sommelier degree, and I’ve become obsessed with crafting zero-proof drinks that actually taste exciting — because sometimes you want the ritual without the alcohol.
Together? We’re a mess in the best way. Our kitchen counter is permanently covered in wine corks, citrus peels, and mismatched glassware. But we wouldn’t have it any other way.
